Labiaplasty

Every woman is made slightly differently and it is not unusual to feel dissatisfied with her Labia minora (inner lips) especially if they are asymmetrical, long or slightly bulky. Labia reduction reduces the labia to a level that the patient feels aesthetically acceptable.

During your consultation you will be asked to point out exactly what you would like to see improved. This will help your surgeon to understand your expectations and determine whether they can realistically be achieved.

Following labiaplasty it is important to follow the instructions given to you by your surgeon. In most cases normal activities except horse back riding and cycling can be resumed after 2 weeks. However, patients recover at different rates and it is important that you listen to your body.

You will return to Surgeon to the Stars for follow-up care with your surgeon or Surgeon to the Stars's nursing staff at prescribed intervals, at which time your progress will be evaluated. Please remember that your relationship with Surgeon to the Stars and your surgeon does not end when the immediate post-operative follow-up is complete. If you have questions or concerns during your recovery, or need additional information at any time, you should contact Surgeon to the Stars for advice or further consultation.
